Are all of your brownies gluten free?

Yes, we have moved to creating all gluten free Brownies.  By tweaking our recipe we have managed to achieve the same texture and flavour as non gluten free for all of our products.

Do you use any GM ingredients in your brownies?

Whilst it is difficult to guarantee that no genetically modified ingredients enter our brownies we do our best.  None of our ingredients list any GM content and we regularly check to make sure this is the case if we change suppliers. 

Do you have a food safety rating?

Yes, we have a food safety rating provided by South Hams District Council.  We currently have a 5 star rating which can be confirmed on their website.  Use the following link https://ratings.food.gov.uk/authority-search-landing/077 and enter Bonbon Brownies under "Business name".
